The results of recording browser actions are always placed at the end of the existing robot scheme.


To record user actions in a web browser:

  1. Click the "Rec" button on the top panel of the interface. 

  2. In the window that appears, in the "Web Recorder" tab, specify the address of the site where the actions will be recorded, or in the "Connection" field, select the "Connect to open browser" option to connect to an already open browser page. 
  3. Click the "Start" button.

  4. Perform the necessary actions in the browser.

  5. After that, the recorded algorithm will be displayed on the Studio workspace as actions.

    Click the "Stop" button to stop recording actions.

  6. Set the necessary time delays for starting the recorded actions and timeouts for waiting for the forms to appear on the web-page, taking into account the time cost of the Internet access channel, pages speed of the used site, etc. Start the robot. The robot will execute the necessary algorithm.
  7. If the recorded sequence of actions in the browser is only a part of the scenario, transfer the recorded actions to the necessary place in the algorithm.
