Go to website https://old.bankrot.fedresurs.ru/backoffice/Login.aspx, click "Log in", accept alert. 

Solution

Use the "Open browser", "Send click", "Alert accept", "Close browser" actions. 

Implementation

1. Assemble a robot scheme with the actions: 
   
   
2. Set the "Open browser" action parameters. 
   
3. Set the "Send click" action parameters. To create an element use WebSpy (see section Creating Web-elements). 
   
   
4. Set the "Alert accept" action parameter.
   
5. Set the "Close browser" action parameter. 
   
   
6. Click "Start" in the top panel. 
   

Result

The program robot completed successfully.
