In order to run the ready-made robot, the user must log in to ROBIN Player Enterprise under his or her own account. A user with the "Robin Player User" role can log in to the application. For more information on logging in, see the page: Authentication and authorization in the ROBIN Studio and ROBIN Robot applications

The robots will start after a reboot of the machine (regular or non-standard). You can verify that the Agent has started by moving the cursor over the Agent Connection Status Indicator. If the Agent Connection Status Indicator is green, the "Agent is connected to the Orchestrator" prompt pops up.

If the Agent Connection Status Indicator is red, the "Agent is not connected to the Orchestrator" prompt pops up. 

If the Agent Connection status indicator is yellow, the Agent is restarted.

In order to start the Agent, it is recommended to run

If AutoLogon is not configured on the machine, then in cases when the machine is switched off or rebooted, it is necessary to manually log in to the machine and make sure that the agent is running (if necessary, perform Kill.Robin.Agent.exe and then Robin.Agent.exe), which are located at the C:\Users\Lola Ismaili\AppData\Local\Programs\Robin Platform\2.0.0\Agent link.

The location of ROBIN Studio and ROBIN Robot will depend on the installation mode:

When domain authentication is used, you do not need to enter a password when logging into Root Player, access rights will be checked automatically.

The version of Robin Player depends on which robots are displayed on the «Catalog» tab available for launch:

  1. The main tabbed window will open on the desktop:

    • with an empty directory

  2. Select from the list of ready-made robots, a robot - file with the extension ".robin-robot".
  3. Press the manual start button Image Added.
    The list of available robots displayed in the "Catalog" tab depends on the delivery variant of ROBIN Robot Player.

Authorization in ROBIN Robot Player for different delivery options:

  • For Standalone version authorization for access to the software is not required, the right of access is granted after installation of the license file.
  • For Cloud delivery the software authorization is performed by the key from the CRF portal, which is entered by the user during installation.
  • For Enterprise delivery, you must enter your user login and password and click the [Login] button.

Go to the «Robot Catalog» tab. It displays robots uploaded to the catalog and ready to launch. In this tab, it is possible to launch robots available to the current one from the repository. To add a new robot to the catalog, click Add new robots to the catalog from the repository:
