Special conditions of use

If the same entity appears several times in the text, it will be written once in the resulting array.

When extracting the full name, it is brought to a unified structure: Surname First Name Patronymic or Surname FN P.

Example of use

Task

There is a text:

"Ivan Ivanovich Ivanov is the CEO of OOO Romashka."

It is required to extract the full name from the text.

Solution

Use the "Extract full names", "Get value by index" and "Message" actions. 

Implementation

1. Create a variable "Collection" to which the result of the "Extract full names" action will be written.
   
   
   
2. Drag and drop the "Extract full names" action to the workspace.
   
   
   
3. Fill in the "Text" parameter of the "Extract full names" action.
   Add the "Collection" variable to the result.
   
   
4. Drag the "Get value by index" action to the workspace.
   
   
5. Set the parameters of the "Get value by index" action.
   
   
   
6. Drag the "Message" action to the workspace. 
   
   
   
7. Fill in the parameters of the "Message" action.
   In the "Message text" field add the result of the "Get value by index" action.
   
   
8. Click on the "Start" button in the top panel.

Result

The program robot has completed successfully. The required value is displayed in the dialog box.
