Selecting the Published Workflows tab takes the designer to a page that displays a list of all published projects to which the designer has access.

Features available to the user on this page include:

  • Creating a workflow project
  • Working with the list of published workflows

Initially, this list is empty. In addition, the "Create workflow project +" button is available to him on the same page.

Search bar

In the upper right corner there is a search line for workflows with the text "Search".  The search is performed both by full name of the workflow and by partial name - just start typing the name and only those workflows that fall under the search criteria will be displayed in the list by the first letters of the entered name.

Creating a workflow project

The user actions for creating a workflow project are similar to those for creating a workflow project on the "My projects" page.

Working with the list of published workflows

The list of published workflows is represented as a table with the following columns:

  • Workflow – contains the name of the workflow, this column is always displayed

  • Version – the version of the workflow is displayed, also for child workflows

  • Author -  indicates the name of the designer who developed the workflow

  • Workflow owner – indicates the owner of the workflow

  • Published – indicates the date and time when the workflow was published

Each field can be sorted. To do this, click on the arrows  pointing up and down next to the field names.

By clicking on the workflow name in the " Workflow" column, a preview page will be displayed to the Workflow Designer.

Copying a published workflow to "My Projects"

At the end of each workflow row there is a button "Copy to "My projects"":

by clicking on which the workflow is copied to "My Projects":

Projects created by the designer and projects copied by the designer from published projects can be distinguished by a small icon to the left of the project name:

  1.  for a project created by a designer, it will look like a black square with a dot inside;
  2. for a copied project it will look like a green square with a check mark in the lower left corner.

The same published project can be copied to "My Projects" several times. In doing so, their versions will be the same. This should not be surprising, because the correct versions will be assigned at the publishing stage of each project.

The maximum number of workflow rows displayed on the page is set using the dropdown list below the table on the right. The following values can be set:

  • 20 rows (default)
  • 50 rows
  • 100 rows
