"Chat" page

The "Chat" page displays the correspondence between the User and the "Assistant".  With the "Assistant" it is possible to start various workflows through direct address in the chat. 

The "Chat" page is available to all User. If a workflow is initiated as a result of a chat message, the user who wrote the message in the chat will be the initiator of the workflow.

Possibilities of the "Chat" page:

  1. Using "Assistant" as an additional tool for employee communication with software robots (along with launching robots through the orchestrator and initiating the workflow by filling in data on the screen form).
  2. Possibility to receive data from the robot directly into the chat.
  3. Transmission of data to the robot via the "Assistant".
  4. Possibility to classify user queries in order to determine intentions.

If the User has sent a message to the "Assistant" with the query type "Workflow", a form with input parameters with "Confirm/Cancel" buttons will be displayed.
