The Activities page is a module for tasks performed as part of business workflows. The module allows employees to participate in the execution of tasks, if they cannot be performed by program robots. In addition, users have the ability to manage workflows for which they are responsible: initiate the launch or stop such workflows.
The Activities module is located in the side menu, which is on the left side of the page. It displays 5 tabs: Workflows, Instances, Tasks, Catalogs, Workflow archive.
The main function of this module is the User's participation in the workflows that have been robotized in the company. The appearance of the graphical interface of the Activities module depends on the role of the User, and depending on the role, different functions will be available to the User:
