Example 1. Active button

The following operations are performed:

  1. In the Active window, in the row with the selected task, the executor clicks the Open button or clicks on the name of the task.
  2. A task is opened in the modal window. The page displays the title with the task name, fields with data used within this task.
  3. The executor closes the log window by clicking on cross button and returns to the Active table.

Example 2. Return to unassigned button

The following operations are performed:

  1. In the Active window, in the string with the selected task, the executor clicks the Return to unassigned button.
  2. The modal window displays a message with the text:
    Are you sure you want to return the task [Task name] to unassigned?
  3. The performer clicks the Confirm button.
  4. The task is reassigned to an executor.

Example 3. Postpone button

The following operations are performed:

  1. In the Active window, in the line with the selected task, the executor clicks the Postpone button.
  2. In the modal window it is necessary to change the deadline.
  3. The executor selects the date and specifies the reason for changing the deadline.
  4. The executor clicks the Confirm button.
  5. The deadline is changed.

         

Example 4. Opening a completed Task

The following operations are performed:

  1. The Tasks page is displayed to the executor.
  2. The executor selects the Completed tab.
  3. Returns a list of completed tasks that the executor has completed.
  4. The executor selects the task to be opened from the list.
  5. The executor clicks the Open button.
  6. The executor opens the interface of the selected task with the context of the workflow instance within which the task was created. For example, if the executor worked with the task of questionnaire data entry, the following form is possible.
