"Classifier" tab
The "Classifier" tab is used for classifier activation, editing and deletion. The "Classifier" tab is available to the user with the Workflow Administrator role.
The "Classifier" tab is shown below.
The Classifier tab displays to the Workflow Administrator:
№ | Column name | Column assignment |
1. | "Edit" button | Designed for editing the classifier |
2. | "Delete" button | Designed to remove the classifier |
3. | "Active/Inactive” checkbox | The checkbox is used to activate/deactivate the classifier |
4. | Classifier name | Classifier name |
5. | Date of creation | Date of creation |
6. | Description | Classifier description |
7. | Confidence threshold | The gap between the topics that have been defined in the text classification workflow. Setting the threshold of confident classification is necessary to cut off from the array of classified information texts that the system cannot confidently assign to a single heading |
8. | Classification error response | If the address is recognised below the accuracy threshold, the Assistant will return an error text to the user |
9. | Table with the correspondence of topics and types of assistant's answers | Table with topics, where the user configures the type of query (text query/workflow) and specifies the result of the query action |
10. | Number of unconfigured themes | Topics where the query result is not spelled out |
When you hover over the question mark
in the "Accuracy" and "Confidence threshold" rows, a tooltip will be displayed.
By clicking on the "Edit" button, the following options are available to the Workflow Administrator:
№ | Column name | Column assignment |
1. | "Delete" button | Possibility to delete a classifier |
2. | "Active/Inactive” checkbox | Possibility to activate/deactivate the classifier |
3. | Classifier name | Possibility to change the name of the classifier |
4. | Date of creation | Viewing the date of classifier creation |
5. | Description | Possibility to change the description of the classifier |
6. | Accuracy | Possibility to change the parameter responsible for correctness (confidence) of text classification by topics above the specified level in percent |
7. | Confidence threshold | It is possible to change the gap between the topics that were defined in the workflow of text classification. Setting the threshold of confident classification is necessary to cut off from the array of classified information texts that the system cannot confidently assign to a single heading |
8. | Classification error response | Possibility to change the Assistant's address in case of classification error |
9. | Reuse settings | It is possible to use settings in a new or existing classifier (query type/result) from a previously created classifier, provided that the names of the subjects are identical. In this case, the settings in a new or existing classifier from a previously created classifier are replaced |
10. | Table with the correspondence of topics and types of assistant's answers | Possibility to change the type of request and result |
11. | Save | Possibility to save the classifier settings |
12. | Cancel | Possibility to cancel the classifier setting |
13. | Number of unconfigured themes | Topics where the query result is not spelled out, if the query type and result are added, the number of unconfigured topics will change downwards Example: |
The table " Matching topics and assistant response types" contains the columns "Topic", "Query type", and "Result".
In the "Topics" column the data from the archive are loaded into the table "Correspondence of topics and types of assistant's answer", the table is filled with topics from the loaded archive.
The "Query type" column displays a drop-down list of Text Message and Workflow.
In the "Result" column, if you select "Text message" in the query type, you have the option for the Workflow Administrator to prescribe a response on the selected subject.
When selecting "Workflow" in the request type, the Workflow Administrator selects a robot from the dropdown list for the selected topic. It is also possible for the Workflow Administrator to prescribe a response for the selected topic.
By clicking on the "Reuse settings" button, the Workflow Administrator will be presented with a modal window where he can select a classifier with the required settings (query type and result) from the previously created classifier.
The Workflow Administrator selects, for example, "Demonstration classifier".
The Workflow Administrator presses the "Select" button, the classifier settings are replaced with the settings of the previously created classifier, provided that the names of the topics match completely, where the topics do not match the fields will remain empty.
To save the assistant settings, click on the "Save" button.
If you click on the "Delete" button for an inactive classifier, a modal window with the question "Are you sure you want to delete the [Classifier name] classifier?" will be displayed.
A notification with the text: "Classifier [Classifier name] has been deleted" will be displayed at the bottom right.
Clicking on the "Delete" button for the active classifier will display a modal window with the question "Are you sure you want to delete the classifier [Classifier name]?".
A notification will be displayed on the bottom right with the text: "You cannot delete an active classifier.”
