The Assistant widget is a user interface located on the client side of the site, where information about the history of messages is displayed both on the user side and on the assistant side.
Due to the fact that the Assistant widget is a built-in module of ROBIN Process, the allocation of rights is performed in the Access control module of Robin Process. Assignment of access rights is performed by the Access Rights Administrator.

Access to the pages of the ROBIN AI. Smart Search is available to users with the role of Assistant Administrator and Assistant User.
The user has the following chat options:
- Expand chat widget
- Collapse chat widget
- Select a skill (if more than one skill is available to the user)
- Send a text request to the chat
- Receive the assistant's response to each request
- Use the back button to return to the last message in the chat.
- Copy the text of a message from the chat using the context menu
- Expand chat widget
From the chat you can get answers to questions in the form of text messages using smart search skills.
Skills (Document groups) added to the Object groups subsection, configured in the Manage accesses module, are displayed in the chat,
if a user group has access to a document group.
A user group of the User group subsection in the Access control module can have access to any number of document groups.
A user can use the skills available to the user group the user is a member of.
If the user is authorized - these are the document groups that are available to the user group the user is a member of.
To use the functionality of the widget, the User needs to define his rights, authorize and get the appropriate access rights.
Login to the widget is carried out via the link: https://test-ent-web.dev.rpa-robin.site:10001.
Beforehand, the User needs to authorize and obtain the appropriate access rights.
The widget icon appears in the left corner of the screen.
When you click on the icon, a modal window of the following kind appears
The user should specify the login and password received during authorization, select a tenant and log in to the gadget.
The Assistant chat with the latest messages appears on the screen of the gadget.
Not all of the message appears on the screen, so you must scroll down until the skill selection appears.
By moving the cursor to the list of skills, select the skill Supplemental Health Insurance.
The following message is added:
In the Write a query field we place our question and click the Enter arrow, the query appears in the chat (1), if there is no answer to this question in the knowledge base, the Administrator in the chat responds as follows (2):
You should clarify the question, ask it differently.
If the answer to the question is available in the storage, the following information will be displayed in the chat:
As you can see, the chat widget displays the assistant's answer to the asked question with a link to the sources of information.
To leave the chat widget, you just need to close the open screen.
To leave the chat room, you need to click on the icon located in the upper right corner of the chat. The widget will be minimized.
