Example 1. Suspending a Workflow Instance

The following steps are performed:

  1. The workflow administrator selects the row of the Instance that you want to temporarily stop in the Instance list.
  2. In the row with the selected workflow instance, the workflow administrator clicks the "Pause" button.
  3. A modal window displays a notification that the workflow Instance has been paused. The text of the notification is "Are you sure you want to pause the workflow instance [Workflow name]?".
  4. The workflow administrator clicks the "Yes, stop" button.
  5. The "Pause" button is replaced by the "Start" button.

Example 2. Resuming workflow Instance operation

The following steps are performed:

  1. The workflow administrator selects the row of the Instance that you want to resume after a pause in the Instance list.
  2. In the row with the selected workflow instance, the workflow administrator clicks the Start button.
  3. A modal window displays with a notification that the workflow Instance is paused. The text of the notification is: "Are you sure you want to resume the workflow instance [Workflow name]".
  4. The workflow administrator clicks on the "Yes, resume" button.
  5. The "Start" button is replaced by the "Pause" button.

Example 3. Stopping the workflow Instance operation

The following steps are performed:

  1. The workflow administrator selects the row of the Instance that needs to be stopped in the Instance list.
  2. In the row with the selected workflow instance, the workflow administrator clicks the button to stop the workflow instance.
  3. A modal window displays with a notification to stop the workflow Instance. The text of the notification is "Are you sure you want to stop the workflow instance [Workflow name]?".
  4. The workflow administrator clicks the "Yes, stop" button.
  5. The button to stop the workflow instance becomes inactive.

Example 4. Viewing the logs of a Workflow Instance

The following steps are performed:

  1. The workflow administrator selects the row of the Instance whose logs you want to view in the Instance list.
  2. In the row with the selected workflow instance, the workflow administrator selects the "View logs" button from the action menu.
  3. A modal window opens, which displays the logs of the workflow Instance.
  4. The workflow administrator closes the log window by clicking on the "x" and returns to the table "Instances".


Example 5. Viewing the results of a Workflow Instance

The following steps are performed:

  1. The workflow administrator selects the row of the Instance whose result you want to view in the Instance list.
  2. In the row with the selected workflow instance, the workflow administrator selects the "Result" button in the action menu.
  3. A modal window opens in which the result of the workflow instance is displayed.
  4. The workflow administrator closes the log window by clicking on the "x" and returns to the table "Instances".
